| Customer Reviews: Buy them here for $5 less than the seller's own website! December 14, 2009 Felicia (Amesbury, MA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I thought I was getting a good deal on these for $24.95 with free shipping, buying them from the manufacturer's website. I was surprised to find them here on Amazon for $5 less! Regardless, it is a steal of a deal based on initial quality. They are not as polished as my KA needles are, so the stitches don't slide quite as easily on them. This will be a problem if you are a tight knitter. Its a good way to fill in the oddball sizes in your collection. I agree that the size markings on them are a little light, and it would be nice to have them marked in US sizes too. Am going to work with them on my latest sweater project and will update this review once they've been used for a few hundred rows. Five stars for now, though, based on initial quality.
good deal February 6, 2010 Vanessa Bullard 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
i haven't used these needles much but i like them so far. I've read other reviews on other products that are sold by this company and there have been complaints about the wear of these needles. i'm a rough knitter and the problem that i run into the most with bamboo needles is the chipping that happens when they have been used too much. so for me its better that i buy the cheaper needles that way im not spending all that money for needles that are only going to last for one project.

What a fantastic deal for all of these needles!!! I wish it came with a carrying case, though.
Fantastic deal October 22, 2009 J Vorndran 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
Everyone starting out in knitting should have at least a set of every size needle to properly gauge work and follow patterns. Being an overly tight knitter, I have made extra trips to the store when starting out because I had the wrong size. With this set, and a few other sets (circs and dpns) purchased on Amazon, I'll at least have the bases covered. These aren't the best needles I've worked with, but 15 pairs for the price of 1 premium pair, it's well worth it. The only complaints I have is they didn't come with a case and the markings could be bolder.
GREAT VALUE May 29, 2010 Anonymous 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I recommend this for beginners or anyone who wants extra sets of needles. These are great for those lengthy projects that are too big for your 7" needles. No splinters or snagging and no slippery needles!
